TEAMS
Our programs offer individualized focus for team development at the highest levels of competitive play.
Our teams play year round allowing a break in the spring for athletes to participate in their local teams. Each team attends three tournaments per season and participates in local scrimmages. Tournament locations are based level of play, parent feedback, and recruitment opportunities.

upcoming Clinics
South Sound STICK WORK, Conditioning, and AGILITY
253 Lacrosse will be offering positionals in the South Sound this summer - training athletes in small groups. Sessions run on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. from Wednesday, June 11th through Wednesday, July 23rd at either Cirque Park or Hunt Middle School. Sessions will be coached by former DI player, Courtney Bird, and speed and agility coach, Heidi Kress. If the session becomes full, please sign up for the waitlist and we will be in contact with you about availability.
