Pro Clinic with Dempsey Arsenault
Dempsey Arsenault is a Team USA and professional lacrosse player who won gold at the 2022 World Championships and competed in three NCAA National Championships at Boston College. A two-time All-American and 2019 Division I Midfielder of the Year. She now runs her own lacrosse training business in San Diego, and we are so excited to provide this amazing opportunity to our athletes!
Open to all athletes in the region!

Youth + Middle School: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
High School: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
What to Expect
We look forward to bringing together athletes for a day of team bonding, connection, goal setting, and lacrosse for our 2nd annual 253 Fall Day Retreat! We are also excited to offer a Pro Clinic opportunity for our 253 athletes with Dempsey Arsenault, which will take place during the retreat.

October 18: Sample Schedule

Youth + Middle School players will begin the day at the Pro Clinic with Dempsey Arsenault on the GP field. High School players will start in the GP Cafeteria for a team building session.

All players will meet in the GP Cafeteria for lunch.

High School players will go to the field for the Pro Clinic with Dempsey Arsenault while Youth + Middle School players have a team building session in the GP Cafeteria.

Players will have a break and there will also be 253 swag for sale in the GP Cafeteria.

All players will have a team practice on the GP field, followed by an all club 3x tournament!
