IWLCARecruits is a recruiting platform for women's lacrosse student-athletes looking to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. You are able to upload all of your academic and athletic information, as well as recruiting videos in one place for college coaches to view and evaluate. You can also send and receive messages from coaches across the county.

You are able to see and track which colleges are viewing your profile, video, and/or transcript, all in real-time.

And you have access to one professional highlight reel built by their in-house post-production team.

As an elite high school player, you will have access to all of our coaches for insight and recommendations on what schools to consider, how to get noticed, how to approach college coaches, and how to find the right fit for you.

Most of these coaching sessions are done over zoom for convenience and documentation.

253 has its own HUDL account that your athlete will have full access to. All of your athlete’s tournament games are filmed (unless the service isn’t offered) so you will have access to all the film for editing and making highlight reels.

Whenever possible, our coaches will assist in setting up meetings with college coaches on behalf of our 253 athletes.

You will have access to our library of sample recruiting letters/emails that incorporate and prioritize the items that are most important to college coaches.

We understand what they are looking for and can provide direction to ensure you’re putting your best foot forward when communications begin.

We can provide letters of recommendation for you to enhance your recruitment package.

These letters provide valuable insight on athletes, their strengths, and how they interact with others, These are important and vital to recruitment and we know exactly what to include and highlight.
