TEAMS
Our programs offer individualized focus for team development at the highest levels of competitive play.
Our teams play year round allowing a break in the spring for athletes to participate in their local teams. Each team attends three tournaments per season and participates in local scrimmages. Tournament locations are based level of play, parent feedback, and recruitment opportunities.

POSITIONAL SPECIFIC TRAINING
Are you looking for more opportunities to train?
This past summer, we realized that athletes are in need of personalized individual coaching relating to their position. Therefore, this fall we will be offering small group positional training one night per week for athletes who are looking to improve their speed, agility, footwork, stick skills, and dodging along with offensive, defensive, midfield and goalie specific training embedded throughout each session depending on the athlete’s position. During each training session, athletes will be exposed to 4-6 different 253 Lax Coaches.
The goal of these sessions is to continue to build lax IQ, confidence and fundamental skills to prepare athletes to compete at a higher level this fall and in their spring 2023 programs. Small groups will be made based on age, position and ability.
